Strategic Advisory
Working with clients to provide strategic support, using our combined experience and expertise to embed circularity across design, construction, and operations.
Data and Inventory Tracking
High-quality material reclamation audits, Bills of Materials, and circular strategies. We offer tagging, tracking, and traceability, along with lifecycle data management for materials and products, reporting and material passports.
Deconstruction and Disassembly
A careful removal project, prioritising reuse and high-value recycling. Site-sensitive sequencing and material segregation is used to maximise material recovery.
Fit-out and Integrated Technical Design
Reclaimed and recycled materials specified for compliance, performance, and circularity. Designed for disassembly, adaptability, and future recovery. Take-back and precycle schemes are created and supported.
Logistics and Rehoming
Safe and efficient handling, storage, and delivery of recovered items – ensuring smooth transfer from donor to recipient, with every step covered in between - including testing, refurbishment, storage and warranty recertification.
Servicing and Maintenance
Contracts that extend product life and ensure circular recovery, along with repairs and removals aligned with disassembly and holistic reuse strategies.
